Well, This is what the final result looks like, before you start. So you can see what itīs like.
(Iīve hidden the icons so you can get a clear view. The background isnīt really pixelated like that. It just came out that way)

What You will need to do this:
The background - Download HERE
Vista Inspirat - Download Here
Zune Theme - Download Here

First, The vista. Download it (here). Now Install it. It isnīt very hard. Just...Follow the instructions. When This has Finished, Reboot your PC.
Please note, this will change your Boot Screen too. It is a pretty good boot screen in my opinion.

To set the background right click your desktop and go to properties.

Then Select the theme you want. In this case, Zune

After this, click Apply and then OK.

Open up the little panel.
This one:

It should automatically be on your desktop.

When you open it, you will get a screen, like this one:

Here you may freely choose how to change your desktop. I will put an X to show which ones I chose.

I will describe each feature:

[size0]1. Rocket Dock [X]ON []OFF

Rocket dock enables this:

If at any point you wish to add something, just drag it in. To delete something, right-click it and "delete"

[size0]2. Y'z Shadow [X]ON []OFF

This adds a small shadow effect to a program. Barely noticeable but still, its cool :)

[size0]3. Trans Bar [X]ON []OFF

Adds a transparency effect to the bottom bar. Like this:

4. UberIcon []ON [X]OFF

Animates your Icons when You select them.

THE END

Well, I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and find it useful. Please rep/thank freely (it would be appreciated, as making this was quite a lot of work).
